The website

The site describes the hotel, its rooms, its neighbourhood and how to contact the desk. It is provided for general information. Room photographs show the style of accommodation; a particular room offered to you is confirmed by the hotel, not by a picture alone.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending the contact form, an email, a phone call or a Viber message is a request for information. It does not reserve a room, fix a rate, or create a contract for accommodation. A stay begins only when Kivatero confirms it in writing or by a message you can keep.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the enquiry form. That includes sending unlawful, misleading or abusive messages, attempting to interfere with the site, or copying the site in order to present it as your own hotel.

Our content

Text, the Kivatero name and the layout of this website belong to Kivatero or are used with permission. You may read the pages and share a link. You may not republish the pages or use the name in a way that suggests a partnership we have not agreed.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate, and we correct mistakes when we know about them. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of error. To the extent Australian law allows, Kivatero is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site instead of a confirmed booking. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
