Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kivatero handles personal information collected through kivatero.com. It was last updated on 7 October 2026.

Who we are

Kivatero is a hotel at 67 Cleaver St, West Perth WA 6005, Australia. For privacy questions, email kivatero@hotmail.com or call +61437609716.

Information you give us

If you send the enquiry form on the Contacts page, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. If you email, call or message us on Viber, we receive whatever you choose to send, including your contact details and the content of the conversation.

How we use it

We use that information to answer you, to discuss availability for a stay, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as we need them to handle your request, complete a stay you later book, or meet a legal duty. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer required.

Who else sees it

Hotel staff who handle reservations and guest messages can see enquiry details. We do not pass them to other companies for their own marketing. A message may be stored in the email or phone system we use to reply to you.

The website itself

The public pages of this site are static. They do not ask you to create an account, and they do not use advertising or analytics tools. See the Cookie Policy for how this site treats cookies.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry. Write to kivatero@hotmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
